Scott Varn
A South Carolina native, Scott Varn has been immersed in the building industry his entire life. His love for building began when he’d hear his father discuss his work as a superintendent for residential home builders and running his asphalt contracting business.
Scott graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a B.S. in Management and later earned his MBA from Georgia State University. He moved to Charleston in 2004 where he worked for national home builders DR Horton and Pulte Homes as a Land Development Project Manager, overseeing the development of numerous single-family subdivisions in the Charleston market.
Scott launched his own business in 2010 as a consultant for large private equity firms managing real estate assets in the coastal GA, SC and NC markets. Over the past 14 years, Scott has managed, sold or handled the disposition of more than $100M in real estate.
Scott then turned his attention toward the building of 36 condominium units at the Villas at Charleston Park, a business venture that created over $9M in real estate value.
He specializes in keeping projects on time and on budget, while delivering quality products with excellent customer service and communications.
